Delivery & Artwork Care
Each portrait is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All artwork will be placed in a protective plastic sleeve and secured with a sustainably sourced piece of backing cardboard to prevent creases or damage during transit.

Certificate of Authenticity
Original pieces come with an artist-signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying the originality of the artwork.

Usage & Rights
I reserve the right to use completed portraits for promotional purposes, including but not limited to my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. Some artworks may also be sold as limited-edition prints.

Please note that the artwork may not be used for any commercial purposes or unauthorised reproductions without my explicit consent. All rights to the original artwork remain with me, Eleanor West-Thomas, the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
