Every piece I create is crafted with care, and I'm honoured to be part of bringing your vision to life. Your support fuels my passion, and I can't wait to work with you to make something beautiful.

Before submitting a request below, please take a moment to review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process for us both. Thank you again for being here - I'm excited to get started!

Here are some examples of commissions I have done previously:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Commission Agreement: By commissioning a portrait, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Artistic Style: The portrait will be created in my own unique style, featuring black and white artwork using pen. I no longer accept commissions for pencil or colour portraits.

3. Commission Restrictions: I do not accept inappropriate commissions, including those featuring nudity, violence, or other objectionable content.

4. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required before work begins. The non-negotiable price will be provided before the portrait commences, factoring in the size, complexity, and artistic style. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the portrait and must be received before the final artwork is sent. Postage of the portrait is included in the price set before the commission is started.

5. Timeline: Please allow a minimum of one month from your deposit payment for the completion of your portrait. Additionally, please let me know of any specific dates you require the portrait by, as the timeline may vary based on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.

6. Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included. Additional changes or revisions may incur extra fees.

7. Reference Photos: Clear, high-quality reference photos must be provided. These photos must be your own or you must have permission to use them to commission this artwork. I cannot guarantee the quality of the final portrait if inadequate images are submitted, and I do not hold liability for any copyright issues related to the use of provided photos.

8. Rights: I reserve the right to use the completed portrait for promotional purposes, including but not limited to my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that your portrait remains private, please specify this in your initial message. Please do not use the artwork for any commercial purposes or unauthorized reproductions without my explicit consent.

9. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the commission after payment, the deposit is non-refundable. If I need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.

10. Delivery: The final portrait will be posted via Royal Mail as a physical artwork unless another format is specified. Once the portrait is complete, you must provide your address for delivery. The portrait will not be sent until the final 50% payment is received.

11. Shipping Restrictions: I am currently not accepting commissions outside of the UK.

12. Liability: I am not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the shipping process. If the artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, I will not be able to issue a refund.

13. Certificate of Authenticity: A certificate of authenticity will be provided with the artwork. This certificate cannot be changed or tampered with in any way.

14. Intellectual Property: All rights to the original artwork remain with me, Eleanor West-Thomas, the artist, unless otherwise agreed. You will receive personal usage rights, allowing you to display the artwork privately.

15. Agreement to Terms: By placing a commission request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
