Looking Back, Moving Forward

2025 was a year of change for me...

Some of it showed up in the work, and some of it happened quietly behind the scenes. I created a lot this year — some pieces I shared, many I didn’t — as my relationship with my art shifted. Posting slowed and eventually paused, as life asked for more of my attention away from the screen. There were moments close to home that reshaped how I saw time, creativity, and what really matters. 

That pause gave me room to focus on myself...

I kept making art without the pressure of sharing it — for friends and family, and also for myself, as a way to explore, challenge, and enjoy the process. Alongside that, I worked on my health, my mindset, and how I show up day to day. Moving more, spending time outside, and building steadier routines helped me stay grounded during an emotionally heavy period, and reconnect with why I make work.

Looking ahead to 2026, I feel open and hopeful...

The unknowns aren't gone, but I feel more grounded and ready to share again. Over the coming months, I’ll be posting work from this past year — both the visible and the quiet parts. I’m grateful for the people around me, the space to grow, and the chance to keep creating.
